Jeffrey Nuccetelli is a former U.S. Air Force military police officer who served 16 years on active duty and is known for testifying about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) incidents at Vandenberg Air Force Base between 2003 and 2005. During this period, Nuccetelli investigated and witnessed multiple UAP incursions, including the "Vandenberg Red Square" incident where a massive glowing red object hovered over missile defense sites. He provided sworn written and oral testimony to the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets on September 9, 2025, alleging that these events were documented and reported up the chain of command but faced institutional silence and potential witness retaliation
