Dylan Borland is a U.S. Air Force veteran and federal whistleblower who testified under oath before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on September 9, 2025, regarding Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs). During his service at Langley Air Force Base from 2011 to 2013, Borland, a geospatial intelligence specialist, reported witnessing a silent, 100-foot triangular craft in 2012 that allegedly interfered with his telephone and emitted a "fluid" or "plasma-like" appearance.
