Former U.S. Intelligence Officer
David Grusch is a retired U.S. Air Force Major and former senior civilian intelligence official who served in the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He became a prominent UAP whistleblower after filing a complaint with the Intelligence Community Inspector General in May 2022 and testifying under oath before the House Oversight Subcommittee on July 26, 2023. Grusch’s allegations assert that the U.S. government operates highly secretive special access programs involving the crash retrieval and reverse engineering of non-human spacecraft and biological materials. He claims these programs are funded through billions in off-books slush funds hidden from Congressional oversight and that he faced retaliation for raising these concerns.
