Contemporary UFO investigator George Filer reported that two adults observed a large blue object in the sky near Bridgewater, New Jersey, on February 14, 2002. Filer identified Gordon Dillard as one of the witnesses and stated that the other witness worked in law enforcement. The case was reportedly submitted through both NUFORC and MUFON channels. The surviving documentation establishes the report but does not independently establish the nature of the object.
