On May 20, 1967, Stefan Michalak was prospecting near Falcon Lake, Manitoba when he observed two glowing objects descending from the sky. One reportedly landed nearby. Michalak claimed he approached the object, observed its metallic structure, and heard mechanical sounds coming from within. After touching the craft, he allegedly encountered a blast of hot air or gas from a grid-like vent, resulting in burns to his chest. The case was investigated by the RCMP, the Royal Canadian Air Force, and later civilian researchers. It remains one of Canada's most famous UFO reports.
